Deidre has been working in child-care for twelve years. She has a diploma in Nursery Nursing, a diploma in Montessori Teaching, a certificate in Childcare FETAC level 5 and a child-protection certificate.

Karen has a certificate in Childcare and Special Needs FETAC level 5, a certificate in Food Hygiene, First Aid and “Start your own business” course. Karen is a mother of two young children, Amber and Tristan.

Hello my name is Lana Nevdaha. I am the Montessori Teacher here at Little Tots Academy. I used to work as a secondary school teacher and I qualified as a Montessori Teacher in October 2009. I really enjoy working with children and find it both inspirational and challenging and very rewarding. I am also a mother and have a wonderful young son Daniel.

Hi my name is Jennifer Hough. I’m married and have two lovely sons. I am currently a Montessori teacher at Little Tots Academy, a job that I thoroughly enjoy. I love coming to work every day, all the children are so individual and have great personalities. My qualifications include FETAC level 5 certificates in childcare and community care, I also have a distinction in social studies and working with children with special needs. Along with a certificate in occupational first aid and people moving and handling.

Hi everyone, my name is Edel Moloney. I am currently the Montessori room leader in collaboration with Jennifer and Lana. My qualifications include a 4 year B.A. Hons Degree in Early Childhood Studies, a certificate in Childcare and Montessori and I have a current First Aid Certificate.

My name is Kathleen O'Connor, I am from Cappawhite, Co Tipperary. I am the toddler / wobbler room leader at Little Tots Academy. I have a Degree in Ceramic Design and have FETAC Level 5 and 6 in Childcare and Supervision. I have worked with special needs children for 2 years in Cashel Co Tipperary.

Sinead Ryan is the play school teacher. She has a Fetac level 5 diploma in childcare and montessori. She has a current first aid and manual handling certificate also. Sinead has previous experience in the baby room over the last year. she really enjoys the younger age group and loves the challenge of the different routines.

Laura has a Fetac Level 5 qualification and has a current first aid certificat. Laura has previous experience in primary school and childcare. She has a little son named Jamie herself and has a great understanding of the age.

Anne Hickey is a local of Newport and is a spervisor in the baby room. She holds Fetac Level 5 qualification in childcare and first aid certification. She stays current in training having completed the keeping safe programme.

Hi my name is Siobhain, I am a married mother of two young sons. My qualifications include a B.A. in Geography and Religious Studies, a FETAC Level 5 Certificate in Childcare with special needs and a current Occupational First Aid Certificate.

My name is Jolanta Binc, I am currently working in the Play School room of Little Tots Academy. I have completed FETAC Level 5 in Childcare with special needs teaching. I am also a mother of two grown up children and have been living in Newport for the past 2 years.

My name is Helena, I have been working at Little Tots Academy since October 2010 . I am currently working in the Toddler Room which I love. I have FETAC Level 5 with special needs teaching and I have lived in Newport all my life.

Christina is qualified in Food Hygiene, HACCAP, manual handling and First Aid. She has worked in the food industry for sixteen years.
